Yes! Solar Solutions! Thank you so much for the successful repair for my solar system after a clan of squirrels moved in under the panels and laid waste to multiple cables and connections! Chris Tuttle was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, precise, patient and highly confident. He answered every question; he explained every step of the way while he navigated the situation and shared the stunning evidence (see photo attached) of the reckless rodents. Thank you Yes Solar for helping me with my system. I had originally bought my panels from Sun Dollar. They were bought by Covenant Roofing which was a very unresponsive company. My solar panels were not working at capacity for a year with Covenant. They were unresponsive to calls. Covenant roofing went out of business and I called several companies before reaching out to Yes Solar. They contacted me immediately and worked to get my system running again. The technician was knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this company for your solar needs in the triangle. I will be using them for now on. Update: 01/24/2024 YES Solar was awesome again. They fixed a wire a squirrel chewed up and my system is working again. Thank you for the awesome support.
I waited two years before putting in solar in our new townhouse as I was a bit afraid to deal with solar companies. I finally decided to move forward and contacted Yes Solar as they were a local company with very good reviews. Well now I have had my solar panels in for a month and so far I am ecstatic. Max estimated my break even point. Ben designed the system and found that 10 panels would fit on the townhouse roof. Emmanuel was the project manager and he and his team walked me through everything including getting approval from my HOA. It could not have been simpler. Finally, Hank and his crew came out for the install and they never even had to enter the house. It was done in about six hours. So far in November, I am getting even better results than promised although I will need to let a whole year go by before I really understand the seasonal schedule. Although I have limited roof space on my townhouse this was an excellent decision. It is so much fun tracking how much more energy I generate on a sunny day than I am using. I cannot recommend the folks at Yes Solar highly enough.
I was very pleased to have Yes Solar install our new system earlier this year. Through the whole process, they kept me informed and were always willing to answer my questions as a 1st time solar owner. I’m very pleased with the look of the panels and happy with the system output – exceeding expectations!
Great company and great team! I contacted a few companies and got a few quotes. All of them were very similar in price but Yes solar took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, so I chose to work with them. Yes was an absolute pleasure to work with. The sales team helped design a great system for my needs. The company worked hard to sort out permits and dealt with the duke. We did have a few permitting issues but that was because of the city. Yes worked very hard to sort out all the issues and in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. I had a 10.95 kWh system installed along with two Powerwalls and a hookup for an EV. Installation was quick and the installers very polite and professional. The only thing I had to do was watch as the system came online. They monitored my system for a few weeks after the install to make sure everything was working correctly and came out once or twice to tweak things to make sure I got the most out of the system. Their support after the fact was amazing as well. there was one panel that was lose and made some noise when the wind blew. I contacted them and they send someone out quickly to check the system and fix the issue. I plan on adding some components in a few years to extend the current system. 100% I will be going with Yes Solar. 10 out of 10
Spoke to several solar companies as we went through the vetting process and decided to move forward with Yes Solar based on our meeting, their proposal, their product and finally – their experience compared to the others we spoke in the area. The installation was fairly quick and painless with the most time-intensive piece being the installation of the 2 Tesla Powerwalls we opted to have installed for continuous backup power purposes. In the 4+ months since installation, everything is working exactly as expected. 80% solar replacement and back up power that kicked in seamlessly during the several power outages we experienced over the winter – not even a flicker as the backup system kicked over. Very happy to date.
The whole team at Yes Solar Solutions did a wonderful job! From start to finish they answered all of my many questions and kept me informed of timelines. The installation was professional, went smoothly and they cleaned up everything afterward. Yes solar is a great company and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them. From the initial inquiry to the design, installation and use of our rooftop panels and battery, the people and service we received from Yes Solar have been excellent. We feel fortunate to have used a company that combines expertise, first-class products, and an emphasis on customer service.
We had critter guards added to our solar roof installation and three more panels to fill up some gaps. Excellent planning, craftsmanship, and communications as always with Yes Solar Solutions!
Chris came out and replaced my inverter on one of my panels. He also tried to get my PLC up and running again, but the part is bad so another was ordered. But he was polite, professional, and friendly throughout the visit. Yes Solar has consistently provided great service since I bought the panels in 2016.
