We believe solar power is key to a brighter, greener future. By tapping into the sun’s energy, homeowners can lower their energy bills, shrink their carbon footprint, and support clean electricity in our state. That’s why we’re so passionate about spreading solar awareness and adoption across North Carolina.

Our big-picture goal is to massively increase solar power in our state. To make that happen, we’re focused on educating the public, partnering with trusted local solar companies, and supporting solar-friendly policies.

In the next 5 years, we aim to double the number of solar-powered homes in our service area. We’ll do this by ramping up community outreach, expanding our network of vetted installers, and making solar financing more accessible. Our dream is for North Carolina to lead the nation in residential solar – and inspire other states to follow suit.
